Message is being a proud Filipino and deeply loving your country, the Philippines. One of the famous line of the song is the part where Jose Rizal, the national hero of the Philippines, was mentioned saying "Ang hindi raw magmahal sa sariling wika ay higit ang amoy sa mabahong isda". Traslated to "The ones who don't love their own language is worse than a stinking fish".
